我国1997—2004年城镇建设占用耕地对耕地减少和粮食安全的影响程度的定量分析结果表明,我国城镇建设占用耕地面积仅占耕地总减少面积的1/10,而其引起的粮食减产却占耕地减少引起的粮食总减产量的1/4强,说明了城镇建设占用耕地对我国粮食安全的威胁程度是巨大的。
