目的: 构建稳定表达人白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)及人抑瘤素M(oncostatin M,OSM)基因的人胚胎成纤维细胞,将其作为饲养层细胞,研究其对脐带血CD34~+造血干/祖细胞(hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells,HSPC)体外扩增的支持作用。
