A RTM process molding simulation has been carried out for composite materials which have a foam core with holes,and a comparison and analysis for molding process,molding times and pressure distribution of composite materials with different densities of holes has been completed to discover the influence of holes in foam to molding process.
针对夹芯泡沫开孔的复合材料进行了RTM工艺充模过程模拟分析,通过对不同开孔密度的复合材料的充模过程、充模时间以及压力分布等的比较分析,考察了夹芯泡沫开孔对充模过程所产生的影响。

In this thesis, the research works on the techniques of tube bending process modeling, geometric parameter access, process parameter calculation and manufacturability evaluation have been done supported by the project of defense foundation research - Process Modeling and Simulation Platform as well as Process Database Development.
