A new form of geodetic coordinate system with length quantity as coordinate parameters was presented for the first time in a former paper of the authors,and this paper shows that those two forms of geodetic coordinate system are regular coordinate system,then the fundamental and method of transformation between the two geodetic coordinate systems are proposed.

A new form of geodetic coordinate system based on geodesic coordinate instead of geodetic longitude and latitude is proposed.
提出了一种新型的大地坐标系,它仍以经纬线为坐标曲线,但其坐标参数则由大地经纬度改为以长度量来表示的新大地坐标;导出了以新大地坐标来表述的地球椭球面的第一基本形式并确定其系数;推证出按新大地纵坐标表示的随纬度变化的长度归化因子的表示式,以此算得的结果与由大地纬度所得的标准值精确相符,且适用于南北跨距达440 km的测量范围。

With the extensive application of GPS technique,the transformation model between two geodetic coordinate systems,geodetic coordinates formulae by differential method,which is carried out by the seven-parameter similarity transformation model and some well-known formulae such as Bursa-Wolf and Molodensky-Badekas models etc.
