Objective It is to explore the efficacy of combination of β_2 receptor agonist(Salbutamol) and M receptor blocker(Ipratropine) and either agent alone on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者单纯吸入β2受体激动剂(沙丁胺醇)、M受体阻滞剂(异丙托溴胺)及二者联合应用(可必特)的疗效。

Patients in the experimental group were given Seretide 50μg/ 250μg inhalation,twice daily;and the control group received the inhalation of Ipratropine 50μg,twice per day,and the Salbutamol aerosol was used once in need,6 months for one treatment cycle.
方法将32例COPD病人随机分为两组,实验组给予舒利迭50μg/250μg,每次1吸,每日2次治疗;对照组给予吸入异丙托溴铵50μg,每日2次,并按需使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,疗程为6个月,在试验前后分别测定肺功能,并比较开始试验前、后6个月两组COPD患者急性发作次数。
