补充资料：溜璃枣
琉璃枣是我县民间传统名菜，1958年，我县名厨师刘德如之父刘学增参加省里群英会，在烹饪比赛中，做的就是琉璃枣，因做工熟练，色美味香，独具一格，而获得大奖。民间遇有红白事，一般都要上这道菜。
琉璃枣的做法是：
取本地产干圆枣40枚，白糖150克，鸡蛋1个，干淀粉50克，精粉50克，香油10克，花生油500克（耗50克）。
将水发干枣捞出用布擦干，将鸡蛋、干淀粉，精粉放于碗中，搅匀成糊。枣挂糊放入热油锅内炸至呈金黄色，外皮酥时捞出。
勺内加入香油、白糖，用中火炒至糖呈金黄色，倒入炸过的枣，颠翻挂匀糖汁，倒在案上晾凉即成。
此菜风味特点：金黄光亮，酥脆香甜。
