In this paper,NTv2 is deemd as the preferable one according to the comparison and analysis on two formats,and then it is made as a reference,the concrete format of grid file which is used in the grid coordinate transformation facing CGCS2000 is studied and the design sample is provided,which is based on the case of the transformation from BJS54 to CGCS2000.
