运用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)法提取百合中的有效成分,浓缩制得百合浸膏,采用热裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用技术(Py-GC/MS)在450、600、750、900℃下分析其热裂解产物,并与其挥发性成分进行比较,共鉴定出挥发性成分50种,大多具有特殊的香味;百合浸膏在600℃以下的裂解产物主要为醛和醇类;在750℃以上时,裂解产物中出现少数对人体有害的物质,如甲苯、邻苯二酚。
