食管旁裂孔疝
hiatus hernia
又称“第Ⅱ型膈疝”。是指胃的前壁或侧壁通过扩大的食管裂孔突入胸腔，其上所覆盖的腹膜构成疝囊。此型膈疝少见。症状为胸骨后或剑突下不适、烧灼感、嗳气，严重者有便血和吞咽困难。钡餐X线检查，取立、卧位食管钡餐造影对照可见膈上食管旁胃黏膜而做出诊断。治疗原则为除有手术禁忌证者外，宜采取手术治疗。
