neutrocyte
又称“嗜中性粒细胞”,是血液中有颗粒白细胞的一种,直径10~12μm,胞质中含有既不嗜酸也不嗜碱的颗粒,故称为中性粒细胞。起源于骨髓中向粒细胞系发展的定向干细胞,在有关体液因子的调节下分化为原粒细胞,中幼粒细胞及晚幼粒细胞,最后发育为具有成熟的杆状核和分叶核的细胞。在周围血中,中性粒细胞计数约3×109/L~70×109/L,占白细胞总数中的50%~70%,但成人与儿童大不相同,成人相对固定,而儿童在生后至学龄前期,中性粒细胞的比例会随年龄发生一些变化。由于它能游走并对炎症刺激有较强的趋化性,可向细菌感染区迅速移动并吞噬和消灭病原体。在化脓感染时中性粒细胞计数增高,有核左移现象。
