性质:有机硫化合物在催化剂作用下与氢反应转化为硫化氢和烃的反应。当采用炼厂气、油田气和轻汽油等为原料制氢时,所含的有机硫化合物(如硫醇、硫醚、噻吩、四氢噻吩、二硫化物等)先氢解生成H2S和烃,H2S再被ZnO吸收而除去,以防止催化剂中毒。催化剂一般使用活性氧化铝负载的Co-Mo系。加氢脱硫实际上是有机硫通过氢解反应转化为易被脱除的硫化氢,从而达到深度脱除之工艺过程。
