蜂窝


  影像学术语。位于肺内的囊状空腔。其内壁衬以支气管上皮,有包括纤维组织,萎陷的肺泡和小的肺血管构成的较厚的壁。典型的蜂窝见于寻常型间质性肺炎的终末期,但也可见于任何导致肺纤维化的病变中。蜂窝常伴有其他肺纤维化表现,如小叶间隔增厚、小叶内间质增厚、胸膜下间质增厚等。但在有广泛蜂窝者中,由于肺结构的变形,因此不能见到小叶间隔。蜂窝常合并细支气管扩张和细支气管周围间质增厚,在高分辨CT(HRCT)上常可见到小叶内的细支气管。在有小叶间隔增厚的病例中,若同时见到蜂窝,则可除外那些不伴有蜂窝、仅小叶间隔增厚的病变,如肺水肿、淋巴道转移瘤等。
