本研究以中美两国例行记者会中有关“朝核问题”的真实文本为语料(从2007年1月至6月,历时6个月),以Beebe等人(1990)的“拒绝”言语行为语义分类为框架,探究中美两国新闻发言人对拒绝言语策略使用的异同,并对此加以分析,即回答以下三个问题:1)中美两国新闻发言人在拒绝策略选择上有何异同? 2)基于真实新闻语料的拒绝言语策略和基于非真实语料的策略有何异同? 3)如何从礼貌、文化和语境角度对上述异同加以分析?记者会中新闻发言人拒绝策略的实施是针对记者的提问,往往涉及多个话轮和话步,本文采用话语分析和会话分析方法首先对语料进行切分,然后采用统计学中的Pearson x~2显著性检验、似然比率检验和列联系数~1来检验不同的提问类型是否会对拒绝策略的选择产生影响。
