常用的打孔方法有:钻头钻孔,电火花加工打孔,激光打孔等


1、钻头钻孔
适合打大孔,直径在2MM以上的孔,且钻头易断,产品废品率较高。


2、电火花加工
打孔在0.2mm以上,加速度很慢


3、激光打孔
可以打0.1以上的孔,速度较快,深度不超过4MM
