有着石城粮仓美誉的丰山乡，位于江西省赣州市石城县东北部，东邻岩岭，西南与小松木兰两乡（镇）交界，北接高田镇，面积约123.93平方公里。横贯石城城北部的交通要道进可入县城通全省，退可往闽粤达沿海，历来乃兵家中必争之地，为上水片政治经济文化中心。地势东南较高，西部略低，最高为沿沙村扁岭北背后山，海拔893米，最低点在河田村的大圹边，海拔240米。距县城约15公里，境内文物古迹众多，水源丰富，以丰山河为主，大琴、福村、沿沙河次之。年平均气温18℃，1月平均气温6.3℃,7月平均气温27.9℃,年降水量1663.2毫米,无霜期262天(3月上旬至11月下旬)。
