农用生产资料价格

工业部门提供给农业部门作为生产资料使用的商品的价格
在中国,主要包括农业机械产品、化学肥料、农用塑料薄膜、农药、农业用电、农业用柴油以及小农具等的价格。中国制定农用生产资料的出厂价格，一般以正常生产、合理经营的平均生产成本和保本低利为原则。在农用生产资料价格构成中，生产成本一般占80％左右，利润部分一般低于工业部门的平均利润水平。工农两用生产资料价格有两种情况：①工业用和农业用都执行统一价格，如汽车、水泵等产品；②为了支援农业生产，有些产品同时制定工业用与农业用两种价格。工业用部分价格比较高，农业用部分价格比较低，如硝酸铵、电力、柴油等产品。
中国为了缩小工农业产品价格剪刀差，发展农业生产，建国以后，国家长期对农用生产资料价格采取了低价（含低税、财政补贴）政策。这种政策在特定历史条件下促进了农业生产发展
但是长期不变的低价政策,又使农用生产资料生产企业处于微利或亏损状态，从而制约了农用生产资料生产的发展，也不利于农业生产进一步发展。由于农用生产资料价格要受农民收入以及农产品收购价格状况的制约，所以在价格改革过程中，需要统筹安排，逐步解决。陈富保
