本文分别探讨了洮儿河沿岸地区三类水利工程即水库、防洪堤和灌渠对于流域生态水文的影响,主要体现在:(1)减少水库下游河流径流量,加重下游水资源短缺问题;严重影响下游沼泽湿地水文,导致湿地退化(2)灌渠建设使地下水位抬升,加重土壤次生盐渍化问题;(3)防洪堤修建改变湿地水质,增大其矿化度和碱度。

According to the"Index of Nationally Protected Wild Medicinal Botany" which is signed by the experts of Tibetan medicine from all round of China,launched by the Swiss Confederation Red Cross and Tibet Red Cross in July of 2000,Taohe Forest Region boasts 20 kinds of wildly rare Tibetan medicinal botany which belongs to 13 family.
根据瑞士红十字会、西藏红十字会于2000年7月在拉萨召集全国各地的藏医药专家共同制定濒危藏药物种目录和《国家重点保护野生药材物种名录》,洮河林区珍稀野生藏药植物资源共有20种,分属13科,20属。
