传统陶瓷traditional eeramies陶器、炜器和瓷器等以粘土为主要原料的制品的统称。其组织结构由结晶相、玻璃相和气相构成。 传统陶瓷生产中使用的最基本原料为长石、石英、粘土和一些化工原料。其中长石属于熔剂原料，在高温下熔融后可以溶解部分石英及高岭土的分解产物，熔融后的高粘度玻璃起高温胶结作用。石英属瘩性料，降低坯料的粘性。粘土为塑性类物质，如高岭土、膨润土等在生产中起塑化和结合作用，保证坯体的成型性能、干燥强度及烧成后制品的各种使用性能，如机械强度、热稳定性、化学稳定性等。 传统陶瓷制品可分为粗陶器、精陶器、.拓器(包括紫砂)和瓷器。陶器通常有一定的吸水率，断面粗糙无光，不透明，敲之声音粗哑，分有釉和无釉两类。瓷器的坯体致密，基本上不吸水，一般都上釉，有半透明性。拓器除个别性能外，其他性能均介于陶器和瓷器之间。 传统陶瓷的主要制造工艺为坯、釉料制备、成型，高温烧成及各种彩绘装饰。相应设备有大吨位球磨机、喷雾干燥设备、等静压成型设备、隧道窑和辊道窑等。 传统陶瓷主要用于人们的日常生活中，有建筑陶瓷、卫生陶瓷、美术陶瓷等。此外，工等领.域的化工陶瓷和电工陶瓷。还有用于化工、电(叶宏明方三强)
