大鼠给予本品7.5g/kg，相当于人日用量的417倍，4～6周后，少数动物出现偏头，轻度地旋转运动现象。
功能与主治：滋养肝肾。用于肝肾阴虚、阴虚阳亢证所致的原发性高脂血症。症见头晕胀痛，口干，烦躁易怒，肢麻，腰酸，舌红少苔，脉细。
