Objective In order to remain the maximal residual function of the lower residual limbs of amputation patient,and play compensation function of prosthesis sufficiently,a rehabilitation training system of lower residual limbs which had digital control system and feedback function was developed,the mechanism and control system was designed.
目的为最大程度保留下肢截肢患者残肢残存功能,充分发挥假肢代偿功能,研制开发了具有数字化控制和反馈功能的髋、膝关节训练系统,并对该系统进行了整体机构和控制系统设计。

假肢 prosthesis 替代残缺肢体的人工制品。又称义肢。截肢术后不久即用的为临时性假肢。上肢用的假肢有装饰性和工作用两种 ,后者又分为肌动假肢和外动力假肢。下肢的假肢主要为了便于日常行动。理想的残肢应有适当长度,残端不痛且形态稳定,切口瘢痕不在受力处,保持关节的正常活动度。对于残端有血循环不良、炎症、疼痛、皮肤过紧以及年老体弱、活动能力很差者不宜装配假肢。假肢的结构应简单、方便、低廉、美观,近似正常体型。 |
