为蔷薇科植物白梨、沙梨或秋子梨等的叶。植物形态详"梨"条。
【化学成分】
沙梨叶含熊果酚甙和鞣质。叶在成叶期含氮、磷、钾最高，以后则逐渐减少，钙、镁含量则与此情况相反。
【功用主治】
治食菌中毒，小儿疝气。 ①《唐本草》："主霍乱吐利不止，煮汁服之。" ②《日用本草》："捣汁服，解中菌毒。" ③《滇南本草》："敷疮。" ④姚可成《食物本草》："捣汁服，治小儿疝。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤或捣汁。外用：捣汁涂。
【选方】
①治霍乱心痛，利，无汗：取梨叶、枝一大握，水一升，煎取一升服。(《梅师集验方》) ②疗蠼螋尿疮，黄水出：捣梨叶汁敷之，干即易。(《钱氏箧中方》) ③治病中水毒：梨叶一把，熟捣，以酒一杯，和绞服之，不过三。(《补缺肘后方》) ④治食梨过伤：梨叶煎汁解之。(《纲目》)
