With the development of cities,especially those built originally upon the oil fields,the conflicts between urban planning of these cities and the production facilities of oil fields have become increasingly protruding,and even resulted in increased potential of environmental hazards that in turn constitute serious threats to the ecological environment of the cities.
对此笔者提出环境安全距离概念及其理论模型,并结合油田主要生产设施的环境影响分析,给出了油田生产过程中气体污染物排放、噪声污染、井喷、管线泄漏和火灾爆炸的环境安全距离估算方法,从而为减轻油田生产的潜在环境影响和损害,解决城市规划建设与油田已建设施之间的矛盾和确保油田生产的环境安全提供科学依据和管理对策。

| 大庆石油管理局 中国从事石油勘探、油田开发的大型国有企业。位于黑龙江省大庆市。主要产品为原油、天然气和轻烃,年原油产量接近全国原油产量的一半。1955年中国地质部和石油部在松辽盆地进行石油勘探,1959年发现大庆油田(见大庆油区)。1960年成立了大庆石油勘探、开发会战指挥部,成为石油工业部直接领导的石油企业。1980年会战指挥部改名为大庆石油管理局。1963年具备年产原油 600万吨的生产能力,对实现中国石油基本自给起到决定性作用。1976年全面投入开发,原油年产量突破5000万吨。其勘探范围涉及黑龙江省和内蒙古自治区的50多个市、县(旗)共72万平方千米,开发面积达1400平方千米。 |
