Methods A cluster random sample of 324 military rescuers(experimental group) and 418 servicemen(control group) who did not take part in the rescue task were tested with predictive scale of mental disorder for military personnel,and the results were analyzed by contrast analysis and stepwise regression analysis.
方法采用随机整群取样法,使用《军人精神疾病预测量表》对参与救灾的324名官兵(研究组)和未参与救灾的418名官兵(对照组)进行心理测试,并对结果进行对照和逐步回归分析。

mental disease
精神疾病(mental disease)亦称“心理疾病”，由各种有害的物理、化学、生物、遗传、心理、社会、文化、环境等因素引起的心理或行为障碍，常损及患者的社会功能、人际关系和生活能力。可大致划分为:神经症(neurosis)和精神病(psyehosis)两大类(分别参见“神经症”和“精神病，’)临床表现各有不同。神经症患者常存在各种心理冲突，焦虑、抑郁等不愉快的内心体验和躯体不适，但与现实环境仍有较好接触，多主动求医，迫切要求治疗。而精神病患者常有较严重的认知、情感和行为紊乱，不能比常适应社会环境，现实检验能力往柱受到损害，不承认自己有病，不主动求医，甚至拒绝治疗。治疗方法包括心理治疗、药物治疗、物理治疗、环境治疗、社会治疗、工作治疗、娱乐治疗、医疗体育等综合性措施。 (刘协和撰赵亚志审)
