Using 2 methyl cyclopentane 1,3 dione as start material, the title bicyclolactone was synthesized via alkylation, Wittig Horner reaction, catalytic hydrogenation, sodium borohydride reduction and acid catalyzed intramolecular transesterification.
以 2 -甲基 -1 ,3 -环戊二酮为原料 ,经过烷基化 ,Wittig-Horner反应 ,催化氢化 ,硼氢化钠还原 ,酸催化下分子内酯交换反应 ,合成了相应的双环内酯 ,共十六个化合物 ,其中十二个未见报道 。

Under acidic condition the lactam was hydrolyzed to dimethylbicyclolactone, which was converted with ( S ) (-) (1 phenylethyl) amine into the target product.
利用 2 ,3 丁二酮与丙二腈缩合形成双甲基双氰基环并内酰胺 ,经酸性水解得到双甲基环并内酯 ,然后和 (S) ( -) ( 1 苯基乙基 )胺反应生成 1,5 二甲基 2 (S) ( 1′ 苯基乙基 ) 2 氮杂 8 氧杂 -双环 [3 。
