To the steel used in furnace mantle of blast furnace and complement hot-blast furnace,against the request of bearing thermal fatigue and pressure under the condition of service, with the compiling of Chinese Standard Technical Specification for Smelting Processing Blast of Iron and Steel Enterprise, the thermal fatigue and strain-aging property of steel Q345-(B,C,GJC) and Q390-(GJC,D)are studied.
针对高炉及热风炉炉壳用钢在服役条件下所承受热疲劳和压力的要求,结合国标《钢铁企业冶炼工艺炉技术规范》的编制要求,对Q345-(B、C、GJC)、Q390-(GJC、D)钢的热疲劳性能和应变时效性能进行研究,并和原使用钢种BB502、BB503钢的相应性能进行了对比分析。
