性质:化学电源的两个电极由活性物质和支撑及导电用的“集电体”组成,一般为片状多孔体,称为极板。极板在制作时往往并非把活性物质直接加入集电体中,而是将原材料制成胶糊状,涂敷在板栅之上,或者将原材料灌入玻璃丝管中,再经化成过程生成活性物质。前者称为涂膏式极板(pasted plate),后者称为管式极板(tubular plate),这是铅酸蓄电池常见的两种极板形式。也可将原材料填入多孔的基板之中,经烧结和化成制成烧结式极板(sintered plate),碱性电池的镍电极即用此法制成。
