sanjiang
三江(sanjiang)针灸穴名。出《司牧安段集》。位于内眼角下方，马约3厘米，牛4.5厘米，羊1.5厘米处的眼角静脉上。左右侧各一穴。皮下有眼角动脉伴行，并有面神经分布。施针时先使家畜低头，压迫穴位前下方，使血管怒张显落后，用三棱针或小宽针向上方刺破血管，出血。具有止痛除满、泄热通肠功效。主治马肠痉挛、风气病、胃扩张、角(结)膜炎、月盲、消化不良、流感，牛冷痛、肝热传眼，羊腹痛、气胀和眼病。(孙永才)
