Based on the NCEP reanalyzed data and routine observational data,the heavy cold-wave process on 18 April 2008 in Xinjiang was diagnostically analyzed.
利用NCEP/NCAR再分析资料、常规观测资料对新疆2008年4月18目的强寒潮过程进行了诊断分析,指出此次天气过程强冷空气随高度后倾,在入侵新疆的过程中有两次明显的锋生过程,正是由于锋生的存在,使得天气表现复杂和剧烈。
