血浆所含脂类统称血脂。包括甘油三酯、磷脂、胆固醇及其酯,以及游离脂肪酸等。磷脂主要有卵磷脂,约70%;神经鞘磷脂约20%;脑磷脂,约10%。血脂的来源一是外源性,从食物摄取的脂类经消化吸收入血液;二是内源性,由肝、脂肪细胞及其他组织合成后释放入血。血脂含量受膳食、年龄、性别、职业以及代谢等影响,波动范围较大。
