臂丛神经阻滞
brachial plexus nerve block
将局麻药注入臂神经丛周围间隙，暂时阻滞其功能传导，使支配区感觉麻木和肌肉松弛。臂神经丛是由颈5～8及胸、脊神经的前支组成，支配上肢运动及绝大部分区域的感觉。臂神经丛自颈椎到腋窝远端，一直被椎前筋膜及其延续的筋膜所包绕，按其循行路线，常经斜角肌间沟、锁骨下血管旁及腋窝三种入路，将局麻药注入筋膜间隙内以阻滞之，是上肢手术常用的麻醉方法。
