精液不液化
病名。指 精液排出体外，在正常室温或孵化箱内置留30分钟以上仍不液化者。多 因前列腺炎等因素而致。因其妨碍了精子的活动力而导致不育。通过肉眼观察，射精15～20 分钟后精液液化程度即可确诊。对前列腺炎者，可用抗生素治疗，内服痰易净或氮-环己 基 -氮-甲基氯化物可使精液液化。亦可用糜蛋白酶5mg每周二次肌肉注射。对非感染引起的 精液不液化症，采用性交前将50mg，α-淀粉酶可可脂栓剂塞入阴道。亦有用糜蛋白酶5mg， 生理盐水1ml于性交后注入阴道者。
