主料：猪腰
辅料：葱、姜、蒜、白芝麻
调料：盐、白糖、醋、高汤精、酱油、料酒、香油
烹制方法：
1、将腰子表面的膜去掉，切花刀，用冷水冲几分钟，去掉血水；
2、坐锅点火倒入水，待水开后将腰子放入焯一下取出，取一小碗，放入葱、姜、蒜末、醋、酱油、高汤精、料酒、白糖拌匀浇在腰花上，烧少许香油浇在腰花上，撒芝麻即可。
特点：滑爽适口，营养丰富。
