Based on the theory of heat and mass transfer in porous media,mathematical models for controlling heat and moisture transfer in grain bulk in grain ventilation and storage process were established to investigate the influences of velocity of air flow in stored grains,thermophysical properties of ambient atmosphere on the temperature and moisture in grain bulk during in-bin drying.
