针对特大型梯级水利水电工程地质条件复杂、技术难度大、施工环境恶劣、监测预警技术以及流域梯级枢纽优化调度急需提高等问题,提出了解决这些问题的若干关键技术,并重点介绍了这些关键技术的研究内容,为类似问题的解决积累了经验,具有良好的借鉴与示范作用。

Based on the 3S techniques,automation meteorological station,radar,satellite,mathematical forecast and SMS technique,the monitoring and early warning system for agro-ecological and agricultural meteorological disaster was built in Shaoxing city.
通过建立基于3S技术的农业生态监测和基于自动气象站、雷达、卫星、数值预报、短信息技术的农业气象灾害监测预警系统,动态监测绍兴市耕地被侵占面积,分析水资源分布、土地利用覆盖等农业自然资源分布特征,并对农业气象灾害实现监测和预警,从而为根据当地自然资源优势,通过农业结构调整,有效地减轻气象灾害损失,促进农业可持续发展提供技术支撑。
