目的对我院不同标本中分离的45株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methecillinresistant staphy-locccus aureus,MRSA)相关耐消毒剂基因qacA进行检测和类型分析,为我院合理使用消毒剂,阻止多重耐药的MRSA再流行,减少院内感染提供依据。
