In view of the characteristic of high strain gradients at the junction between the pressure vessel and the nozzle, based on the simulating shape plate of the pressure vessel nozzle, photoelastic analysis of four types of special shape plates is carried out and the finite element models are established.
针对压力容器接管区高峰应变、高应变剃度、强大的弹性约束和应变峰值呈单向应力状态的特征,在压力容器接管模拟试板的基础上,对多种孔径的异型板应力应变场进行光弹性试验研究并建立有限元模型,分别就不带裂纹和带有裂纹的异型板进行应力分析。

According to high strain gradients characteristic at the junction between pressure vessel and nozzle,based on simulating shape plate of pressure vessel nozzle,FEM s models are established for two types of special shape plates.
