Based on the theory of parametric acoustic array,one 3×3 nine-element rectangular transducer array and a test system were designed.
根据声学参量阵原理,设计了一个3×3的九元矩形换能器阵及其测试系统,并在空气进行验证性实验;系统包括正弦信号产生电路、信号控制电路、功率放大电路以及回波信号接收电路等,辅以LabVIEW平台,实现正弦信号和脉冲控制信号的产生、发射信号时间长度控制以及功率放大,并最终驱动换能器阵;实验表明,当有85kHz和90kHz的正弦信号产生时,系统各部分均能正常工作,能够听到天花板处有声响,且回波信号中含有5kHz的频率成分,即证明换能器阵及其系统的设计均是可行的。

Based on the operation principle of parametric acoustic array,a test system consists of hardware and software system is designed in this paper.
基于声学参量阵的工作原理,设计一个由软硬件组成的测试系统,其中硬件系统由换能器发射阵、超声波发射电路和回波接收电路等构成;软件系统以LabVIEW作为开发工具,通过利用数据采集卡,实现了输入信号的产生、波形显示、参数控制、数据采集存储等多种功能。
