补充资料:焦炉煤气
      简称焦炉气。煤焦化过程得到的可燃气体。其产率和组成因炼焦煤质和焦化过程条件不同而有所差别,一般每吨干煤可产焦炉煤气300~350m3(标准状态)。煤气组成(体积%)为:氢55~60,甲烷23~27,一氧化碳5~8,C2以上不饱和烃2~4,二氧化碳1.5~3,氮3~7,氧0.3~0.8。
  
  焦炉煤气属于中热值煤气,其热值每标准立方米约为17~19MJ,适合作高温工业炉的燃料和城市煤气。焦炉煤气含氢量高,分离后用于合成氨,其他成分如甲烷和乙烯等可用作有机合成原料。焦炉煤气为有毒和易爆性气体,空气中的爆炸极限为6%~30%(体积)。
