表面合金化 surface alloying 通过扩散改变基体金属表面层的成分和组织的材料保护技术。机械制造中常用的是铝、铬、硅、钒和锌等的表面合金化层或渗层(利用金属卤化物蒸气与金属表面层产生化学反应或在液相中发生化学反应而形成)。①铝渗层,可用作碳素钢或低合金钢等制成的空气加热器、加热炉和蒸气过热器构件的覆层,层厚约125~1000微米,含铝约25%。②铬渗层,可用粉末法或熔盐法在低碳钢、高碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、工具钢、铸铁和铁粉烧结件上生成,其抗蚀性相当于含铬30%的钢。碳铬层的硬度很高,耐磨性好,多用于保护阀门、喷嘴、泵、量规和工模具。③硅渗层,具有耐磨、耐蚀性能,硬度高,还具有良好的抗擦伤性,主要用于低碳(含碳小于0.25%)、低硫(含硫小于0.04%)钢等制成的泵轴、缸衬、阀门、传送带链的联结件和洗瓶机的构件等。④钒渗层 ,基体钢材中的碳含量至少应为0.4%,该渗层的硬度很高,但冷焊性不佳。⑤锌渗层,主要用在铁基体材料上,该渗层的特点是厚度均匀,抗腐蚀性能好。 |
