Based on this analysis,corresponding countermeasures have been proposed in terms of optimizing enrollment propaganda program,constructing a platform for enrollment propaganda and regulating the propaganda activities,etc.

This article aims to research on the advantages and characteristics of Internet long-distance enrollment by expatiating and summarizing the correlative issues in the present new situation as follows:the establishment of enrollment plan,the expansion of enrollment propaganda and the specific problems in enrollment.
