腕三角软骨盘损伤
发生于跌倒时、手掌撑地、腕关节过度背伸、前臂旋前、或向尺侧偏斜等扭转挤压的暴力致伤。软骨盘挤压于尺骨和三角骨及月骨之间而发生破裂或撕脱。也有腕部作过多的支撑固定动作时,因反复背伸、旋转挤压引起软骨的慢性损伤。多见于体操、排球运动中。易忽略,导致经久不愈,严重影响运动员的训练。
