在生产过程中,用消毒剃刀把胎儿头皮上的毛发剃去后,把经皮血氧监护仪的探头用丙烯酸胶粘在头皮上测得。其与胎儿头皮血测得的PaO2基本相同。平均为2.5kPa。宫缩开始后50秒钟胎儿PtCO2下降。宫缩消失后,胎儿PtCO2又恢复正常。持久或频繁的宫缩引起胎儿缺氧,胎儿PtCO2降到1.33kPa以下,可引起胎儿心率减慢。
