Through a questionnaire to 112 young PE teachers under theage of 40 in some colleges and universities in Hunan Province concerning their professional desire,we ve found that PE teachers degree of satisfaction with their jobs and their professional stability are obviously superior to those of other specialty teachers.
通过对 112名湖南部分高校 4 0岁以下的青年体育教师职业意愿的问卷调查研究 ,发现他们较其它专业教师 ,在职业满意度、职业稳定性等方面明显高于对照组。

Based on the literature review,a hypothesis model about the relationship between heterogeneity of knowledge framework and occupation background about top management team and the innovational performance of enterprises was put forward.
提出了高层管理团队(TMT)知识结构和职业背景的异质性与企业创新绩效关系的概念模型和假设,通过对产业集群内企业的调查研究,结果表明,TMT成员的知识结构异质性对R&D绩效、生产制造绩效、营销绩效和创新过程绩效均有积极显著影响,TMT成员职业背景的异质性对R&D绩效、创新过程绩效有积极显著影响,但对生产制造绩效、营销绩效没有显著影响。
