蒸氨塔

zheng,anta蒸氨塔(ammonia stripper)水洗氛法回收氛的主要设备之一。蒸氨塔分为泡罩蒸氨塔和栅板蒸氨塔两种。 泡罩蒸氨塔主要由塔体和塔盘组成。(图l)塔盘包括泡罩(圆形或条形)、溢流堰板、降液管和塔板。塔板间距一般为350一6oomm。老式泡罩塔盘用铸铁制造。(图2。)新式泡罩蒸氨塔分上下两段,用法兰连接,内有25层圆形泡罩塔盘。上段(5层和外壳)用钦材制造,下段(2O层和外壳)用超低碳不锈钢制造。分缩器放在蒸氨塔顶部,是蒸氨塔的一部分。原料氨水从塔顶进入,沿降液管逐层下降,被经升汽管上升的水蒸气逐层蒸馏,蒸出游离氨。含氨蒸气从塔顶经分缩器排出。氨水从第14层塔盘引出,送往反应塔。在反应塔内加入氢氧化钠使固定钱分解为游离氨,氨气回到第15层。蒸氨废水从塔底排出。 栅板蒸氨塔主要由塔体和塔板组成。塔板上开有条形栅缝,(图2b)无降液管,故称穿流式栅板塔,又称淋降板塔。 栅缝开孔率取15一25%,栅板层数通常为32层;板间距为300~350mm。栅板和塔壳用铸铁制造。汽液少 图I泡罩蒸氨塔条形泡口流堰降液寻尾曼 图2塔盘 a一条形泡罩式;b一栅板式两相逆流穿过栅板,维持动态平衡。塔板液层可呈润湿、鼓泡和液泛三种状态。润湿状态时,板上无液层,传质效率最低;液泛状态时,塔内空间几乎全被液体 充斥,为正常操作所不允许;鼓泡状态时,汽相鼓泡 穿过栅板上液层,传质最好,塔效率一般在30%以 上。 (荣祖棋)
