According to the basic features of transportation, this article analysis optimally the problem of transportation,and sets up a mathematic mode of linear programming about it,then applies it to the production of supply and marketing balance.

Output optimization with balance between production and marketing;

The global economic background and the agriculture situation are reflected in the first part of the report,the global and regional fertilizer consumption predictions from 2005/06 to 2010/11 in the second part,and the IFA projections of fertilizer supply and supply/demand balances from 2006 to 2010 in the third section.

Based on the characteristics of water supply system of multi-water resources, a dynamic analysis model on supply and demand balance of water resources is presented in this paper in order to optimize using water resources and to protect and improve water environment quality.

Started from the current situation of water resources in Huhhot,the supply and demand balance of water resources was forecasted.
