For the difficult construction of laying grounding grids if ZnO arresters would be used in distribution network and the problem that the pole down-lead could be stolen easily,lightning-flashover protector of 10 kV transmission lines was exploited and its action characteristic was studied by testing.
针对此问题,模拟试验和计算研究了配电网冲击绝缘耐受水平,得出采用2种不同绝缘水平的绝缘横担时的雷击跳闸率;针对目前采用氧化锌避雷器铺设地网施工难度大及接地引下线易被盗问题,研究开发出10 kV线路雷击闪络保护器,试验研究了其动作特性。
