| 蓖麻 Ricinus communis;castor-oilplant 大戟科蓖麻属一年生或多年生草本。原产非洲东部,经亚洲传入美洲,再至欧洲。中国蓖麻引自印度,自海南至黑龙江北纬49°以南均有分布。华北、东北最多,西北和华东次之 ,其他为零星种植 。热带地区有半野生的多年生蓖麻。 蓖麻栽培种有油用和油药兼用两种类型。根系发达,入土深。茎柔韧 ,中空,节节分枝 ,分枝多少因品种、密度而不同。多年生蓖麻植株高达 5米以上。茎、叶绿色或紫红色。植株被有白色蜡粉,光滑无毛。叶掌形,有的呈鸡爪形。花单性,总状圆锥花序,穗轴上部着生雌花,花柱红色,下部为雄花。偶有两性花混合排列或只有单生雌性花的植株。蒴果有刺或无刺,3室,每室1粒种子。皮壳光滑硬脆,有浅花纹,红至黑褐色。生长最适温度为20~28℃。
蓖麻在中国北方于冬前深耕,施用有机肥熟化土壤,成片种植。南方利用隙地种植。种子发育不需很高温度,幼苗可耐 0℃ 左右低温。可直播或育苗移栽。北方春播宜早,气温稳定在10℃时可播种,以延长生长期并提高产量。多年生蓖麻可宿根留种,越冬前砍去地上部分,注意覆盖保温防冻。当大部蒴果呈深褐或黄褐色并开始出现裂纹时收获。主要病虫害有枯萎病 、叶枯病 、细菌性斑点病和地老虎、棉铃虫、刺蛾、蓖麻夜蛾。 蓖麻种子含油量50%左右。蓖麻油为重要工业用油,可制表面活性剂 、脂肪酸甘油脂 、脂二醇、干性油 、癸二酸、聚合用的稳定剂和增塑剂、泡沫塑料及弹性橡胶等。并是高级润滑油原料 。还可作药剂 ,有缓泻作用。饼粉中富含氮、磷、钾,为良好的有机肥,经高温脱毒后可作饲料。茎皮富含纤维,为造纸和人造棉原料。 |
