The continuous synthesis of 2-methylpiperazine was studied,using the self-prepared N-(β-hydroxy -propyl)-ethylenediamine as the starting material.

制备方法:由六水哌嗪与环氧乙烷反应而得。将六水哌嗪溶解于水,搅拌冷却至15-20℃,通入环氧乙烷。通毕,于30-35℃,搅拌反应2h,加热蒸出原加水量的90%。冷至15℃以下,过滤。滤液进行减压蒸馏,收集145-155℃(5.33kPa)馏分,得N-(2-羟乙基)哌嗪。

用途:用于有机合成。
