| 马丁·路德(1483～1546) Martin Luther 16世纪欧洲宗教改革运动的发起者，基督教新教路德宗的创始人。出生于德意志埃斯勒本一天主教徒家庭。1501年入莱比锡大学。1505年进入奥斯定会学神学，后升为神父，获神学博士学位后，任维登堡大学神学教授。他深受人文主义思想影响，对教会的腐败极为不满。1517年10月31日发表《九十五条论纲》，抨击并反对教廷销售赎罪券，欧洲宗教改革运动由此发端。1520年又撰文表示与教皇决裂并当众烧毁教皇通谕，支持诸侯没收教会财产。后遭教皇绝罚，但受萨克森选帝侯保护。他在神学上强调“因信称义”，认为拯救在于个人的信仰而不在于教会的中介作用。主张宗教仪式用民族语言举行，并亲自将《圣经》译成德文。其后期思想日趋保守，主张对由宗教改革引发的德国农民大起义采取武力镇压。著有《教理问答》、《讲道集》、《书信集》等。
