Pseudo-static tests of the combined steel lead damper (CSLD) were carried out for the study of mechanical properties of CSLD, using electro-hydraulic servo press-shear machine.
利用电液伺服压剪试验机对钢铅组合耗能器(CSLD)进行拟静力试验,研究其力学性能;利用一个1∶4缩尺单层钢框架结构模型对CSLD进行地震模拟振动台试验,研究其耗能减震效果;试验结果表明:结构的层间位移和加速度反应明显减小,CSLD的滞回曲线饱满,确实能够很好地控制结构的地震反应。

遵循“综合利用不同耗能原理或机制来设计新型耗能减震器”思想,研制了内藏X形软钢板铅复合耗能器,并对三种不同构造方式的软钢铅复合耗能器以及一种软钢组合耗能器进行了循环加载的对比试验,分析了这四种耗能器的工作性能与耗能性能,揭示了耗能机制。

In order to study mechanical properties of a new-style combined steel lead damper(NCSLD) and improve its energy dissipation capacity,an electro-hydraulic servo press-shear machine was employed to conduct the performance tests of NCSLD.
为了考察新型钢铅组合耗能器(NCSLD)的力学性能和提高其耗能能力,利用电液伺服压剪试验机对NCSLD耗能器进行力学性能试验,采用ANSYS实体建模的方法对耗能器进行大量的数值分析,并对性能试验和数值分析的结果进行对比,研究耗能器的滞回特征参数与其6个几何参数之间的关系,回归出二者之间的公式。
